AddSecure acquires Connecting Solutions BV as part of its growth strategy within its new business unit Smart Mobility, of which Traxgo has been a part under the wings of Clifford Group since September 2023. This deal strengthens Traxgo's position and market share in Belgium and the Netherlands, in line with the long-term growth strategy to further expand the Smart Mobility business unit, both through organic growth and through acquisitions.
Integration of fleet management solutions
The Smart Mobility business unit offers telematics and business software solutions, specializing in mobile security and connected mobility solutions. It operates under the brands Clifford and Faringwell for Mobile Security, and Traxgo for Connected Mobility. Connecting Solutions, established in 2007 and situated in Belgium, and its subsidiary Business Track Netherlands (or 'BTN') provide trip administration services for tax as well as fleet management solutions with information on vehicle's location (track and trace), monitoring and software applications. The acquisition complements AddSecure's current connected mobility business and will be integrated into the Traxgo brand.
