When standard tags are supplied for temperature monitoring, the customer must have them calibrated by an authorized body. Furthermore, this action must be repeated every year, which means that the tags cannot be used for a few days.
Temperature tags with EN12830 calibration certificate
We can now supply calibrated temperature tags with an EN12830 calibration certificate, which means you no longer have to perform this calibration yourself and the tags can be used directly for monitoring the cold chain. Existing sensors that are due for annual recalibration can easily be replaced by a ready-made calibrated sensor with certificate. In this way, we eliminate the loss of time due to mandatory laboratory tests, a continuous service can be guaranteed and, thanks to the supplied certificate, you are 100% certain that the tags are correctly calibrated at the requested number of temperature points.
How does our temperature monitoring application work?
Temperature is the most crucial and delicate factor in food or foodstuffs. Permanent remote temperature registration provides you with maximum safety and security. For this purpose, a waterproof bluetooth sensor/tag is mounted in the refrigerated space that is in constant contact with a GPS tracker. This allows real-time monitoring of whether the desired temperature is still present. In the event of deviating values, an alarm signal is sent immediately, which enables you to intervene immediately and efficiently, and if possible avoid loss and/or damage.
